Today we went to the clubhouse and enjoyed our first time swimming this season. The water was slightly heated (otherwise it would be pretty chilly still) and Grant loved it. Problem is, we can't get him to stop chewing on his fingers to get a decent picture. =)
Yesterday we met up with Natalie and Norine and had a picnic at the park. Yummy Subway sandwiches, a cool breeze in the shade, and great company--what could be better?
Last Saturday my mom found out about a free "open house" at the old air force base which is now a small commercial airport. They had tons of planes on display and you could get in, take pictures, ask the pilots questions. They had a little air show too. It was really more fun than I expected it to be. They had a free rock climbing wall, free refreshments, and entertainment. It was fabulous. We are definitely going again next year. I think Grant will enjoy it more when he's a little older.
Well March is off to a great start. Here's to more fun in the coming weeks. P.S. Happy St. Patrick's day a little early. =)

it looks like you are having so much fun!! i'm so jealous. pool days already. we're still in jeans and hoodies!! its time for me to come and visit. lets plan it.
